charmed by the clean suites!

we've returned. the location is excellent as it is a short walk to the beach coves. the staff were friendly. i spent a day reading and relaxing near the hammocks. the food tasted so good and drinks at lunchtime had reasonable prices. i was really charmed!
i think the coffee situation in the restaurant at breakfast needs improving. it wasn't optimal. it could definitely be better, so that's something for them to focus on. i didn't like this situation at all.

The hotel has two pools, one specifically for families with children. Hammocks are available in the trees. the area is also filled with beautiful, diverse plants growing around the buildings, offering a visually pleasing environment.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. the sushi restaurant offers great food, including pizza, allowing guests to eat or take away. the snack bar features gorgeous food. it closes at 3:30 pm.

the staff checks in customers staying in the imperial suites at a different reception desk. the staff is lovely and not rushed. they immediately helped me by getting a shower chair, for which i am so grateful!

The hotel location is convenient to the beach. The pool area is spacious with many sunbeds available. I enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet. The staff members were helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms at times.

i stayed in a ground floor one bed apartment it felt quite private. the gardens had gorgeous upkeep i appreciated the picturesque scenery. the staff maintained politeness i found them cute and friendly.
the fridge was tiny a freezer was absent.

the check-in TOOK a long time. the breakfast was not of good quality, even though the selection was large. furthermore, the breakfast was in a large hall and it was very noisy and echoed in the hall. the staff were not very helpful , and the gym had no ac.
