I found the service consistently good. each morning, i noticed my car was ready with water and towels. the hotel grounds were very peaceful. Beautifully landscaped gardens exist.
the light in the room revealed spots needing a deeper clean, though the room was nice.

the room was spacious and elegantly decorated with a balcony, i noticed. the balcony provides a fine view of the sunset each evening, i noticed. there were baby shower products and toys for my toddler, i appreciated this.

The hotel restaurant served delicious local and international dishes. I tried many. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries, i saw. the restaurant staff considered our party's allergies seriously and it was appreciated!

the hotel includes a separate sports complex, i observed. there is a transfer to a public beach and the hotel has multiple fruit trees. the spa provides relaxing treatments which enhanced the vacation experience.

ineffective air conditioningnon-functional phone
I encountered problems with the room itself. the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. It made restful sleep difficult. a technician attempted a repair, but the loud banging from the unit persisted throughout the night. also, the phone in my room was not working so organising transport around the large resort was problematic. it was a disappointing situation.

The staff offered warm faces and kind service from start to finish. Our accommodation was excellent, and the food was amazing!!! The spa is spacious and the treatment rooms were gorgeous. I had a full body Swedish massage, it was relaxing.
Voro, the two-Michelin-star restaurant, was fully booked , a minor disappointment.

the staff was attentive and quick to help with requests. my room was ready upon arrival and check-in was efficient. i found the food to be very good. the hotel felt clean, though i'm very particular about this.

the junior suite valley view featured classic mediterranean finishes. it was quiet and comfortable. the room included a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.

The staff was professional, a detail I found excellent. Breakfast included many choices. The resort provided high tech room equipment. The restaurants.
The adult pool seemed small. It had only around twenty sunbeds. This was not adequate for the hotel size, so it was not practical. More sunbeds are needed.

The hotel provides an adults-only pool that was useful for honeymooners. There is also valet parking with golf cart service to guest rooms, a nice touch after exploring. Water bottles were always available, an amenity I appreciated.

The staff was attentive to detail and I consider this great for pregnancy. Fresh towels and water are provided when guests go to the beach. Buggy availability was always at the guests' disposal at all times.
