A Mixed Bag

overcrowded poolignored signs

The room wasn't quite up to par. Housekeeping missed our room one day.. I suspect they were overwhelmed. We also discovered the hard way that the pool area gets crowded.

Fantastic Hotel, Amazing Experience!

I found the hotel rooms very modern! They were clean and spacious. I found the decor good. The grounds featured lush greenery, vibrant flowers. even some fruit trees, what a treat. There was a really big pool area too, with plenty of space where I could lounge and enjoy the sun.

The walls in my room were a bit thin, and I could hear neighbors sometimes. That was not a big deal though!

The staff was attentive and very friendly. They always were ready with a smile. They showed a willingness to help. I felt very welcome. They worked efficiently to.

The hotel offered great facilities, I especially appreciated the heated outdoor pool. This feature made it enjoyable, even when the weather was cooler. I swam comfortably. The mini club was well-organized with staff that had great energy!

Every meal option was covered and the food got refreshed regularly. Some of the food was actually cooked in front of me, it was quite something! The on-site shop was very handy. I could grab drinks for enjoying poolside.

the staff was very friendly, a highlight .

The air conditioning was definitely a problem. It made a strange noise all night, and i found it hard to sleep (i was really counting on a good rest). also, the housekeeping was spotty. the room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as i expected. I even found some hairs in the shower, off-putting.

the room was spacious for our family. we had a one bedroom suite balcony. the hotel kept the grounds well maintained with cleaners and gardeners visible each morning.

the phone in the room did not work at all (i had to go to reception for requests). the hotel closed all food service including room service between 3:30pm and 6:30pm.
