old furniture marked furniture
The room was a good size. The bathroom was well equipped.
The furniture in the room was old, marked and felt cheap. I expected better quality given the hotel's supposed five-star rating. Seems a bit much for the price. Might as well stay at a Travel Lodge.

limited variety unhelpful staff
The breakfast lacked variety. There were few choices on the a la carte menu. This was disappointing as I expected more options. I also found the front desk staff unhelpful when I inquired about local transportation.

Stylish Stay with Great Service
friendly staff spacious room spa treatment
i found the staff friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious (i really appreciated the extra space) and the bed was very comfortable. they also arranged a spa treatment for me, it was a fantastic experience.
The gym had air conditioning issues. The pool bathrooms also had this problem, a little inconvenient.

The dreamer king room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. It offered ample space. i appreciated the modern decor and the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily.

the hotel features a rooftop area with worn upholstery. the pool area had qr code ordering, and there was no staff service available. the foyer area provided coworking space and a bar area, which i found lovely to use.

the hotel is near emsphere, located on a quiet street (which i preferred). a popular cocktail bar is across the street. it is near great restaurants, including sri that, a must try.

the staff was friendly and provided helpful service. thomas, the hotel manager, was very kind and gave great tips. i felt the service was attentive and courteous (they were really good).

The breakfast was included and quite good. the location was nice. It was convenient to get around from there.
my room had a bad smell, i asked to change it. the new room was okay but connected to another room, i did not like that. facilities were not completely up to par.
