The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes to choose from. I found fresh orange juice, diverse fresh fruit, organic coffee, and a selection of breads to be available. The location was also close to Parque El Retiro in the upscale Salamanca neighborhood. It was easy to walk to El Prado and some great shopping.

The pillows felt very hard. The hotel did not provide a coffee machine in the room. Movements from the rooftop early in the morning were noisy. Doors slamming also caused disturbances.

I was a bit disappointed with a couple of things. the room felt smaller than expected. also, the breakfast buffet wasn't restocked quickly enough. Some items ran out, and there was a wait. it wasn't a disaster, but it detracted from the experience.

the staff were friendly upon arrival. the bathroom was a good size. the breakfast was excellent (i especially liked the croissants).

the pillows were very hard. the pool was much smaller than i expected. there was also no coffee machine in the room. (i'm a coffee addict!).
