the hotel location was great for walking to different places. the restaurant was beautiful and i found it excellent. my laundry was also done perfectly (i really needed that).
My room was very loud due to street noise since the windows were very old. i also heard doors constantly slamming from the hallway. the air conditioning worked poorly. The room temperature never went below 25 degrees even when i set it to 20 degrees.

the staff was always ready to assist. i found the bar and lounge to be pleasant spaces the fitness room however was a bit small.
Staff were great, always attentive to my needs. i appreciated the restaurant recommendations made and reservations assistance, it was super helpful. the hotel location was really convenient. Main attractions were nearby.
the family room shower had a bathtub which took up much space. i think they could situate it better for more space.

the room offered ample storage with a tv including chromecast. soundproofing worked adequately as the room remained mostly silent. the room was quite comfortable, but its decor looked to be artistic.

the hotel is near the callao metro station, providing easy access around the area. it is also situated on a very quiet street, a short walk from gran via. this location offered both tranquility and accessibility to attractions.

the hotel features a beautiful courtyard, a space to relax and enjoy the scenery. i noticed pretty good gym facilities were available, with modern equipment. the hotel includes spaces, like restaurants, with design objects.
