airport proximity, great breakfast!
airport proximity convenient bus helpful shuttle friendly staff
The hotel is super close to the airport, made my early morning flight stress-free. the restaurant was great, i easily took a bus to the city center. the shuttle to the airport was running at 6 am. It helped me a lot. i found friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
the fridge water costed me a small charge.

I noticed very staff were nice and pro, they assisted with directions and provided prompt service. It was amazing. the front desk efficiently handled check-in and check-out, also addressing every inquiry quickly. they were always available.

airport shuttle comfortable bed good shower nice people
i stayed here before a flight last year. the shuttle to the airport was convenient. it ran every hour. the room was quiet. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom had a good shower. the staff helped me reserve the shuttle. they were very nice.
the lifts were slow during the morning rush.

rude staff twin beds
the hotel location is close to the airport with a convenient shuttle.
the reception staff was rude. i asked for a king bed but got a different room. it had twin beds and did not look like the picture online.

cold air conditioning delayed transfer
The air conditioning was centrally controlled and seemed to be stuck on a setting that was colder than i would have liked (who wants to be cold in july?). It wasn't possible to adjust it in the room, made for an uncomfortable night. the promised airport transfer was quite delayed. It stopped in the middle of the road, at a forbidden and dangerous spot (i was pretty annoyed, tbh).
