fantastic lakeside stay!
excellent servicecomplimentary proseccodyson hairdryerdrying room
the staff offered excellent service throughout my stay. a complimentary bottle of prosecco arrived in my room for my birthday, which i really appreciated. i found a dyson hairdryer and a rubber duck in the bathroom. the drying room was very convenient for storing ski boots.
i noticed a slight incline on the way back to the hotel, it was a minor inconvenience.

my room offered a fine view to the lake. the room was also very quiet. a turndown service included a love letter from the staff and an organic chia energy drink.

The front desk staff were helpful. They provided quick assistance. breakfast included handmade veggie omelets and spirulina. the staff at the breakfast buffet were attentive and accommodating to all requests. i found the overall service very good.

the room was large and well appointed. i especially appreciated the lake view and little lounge area. access to the lakeside pathway for strolling into town was very convenient.
