the breakfast was varied and tasty. there were many options.
The room was smaller than i expected. it felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days the room wasn't cleaned at all even when requested, disappointing.

the breakfast was extensive with many options. the staff was helpful and cute. my room offered a comfortable bed, and the shower provided sufficient hot water. there were games available in the lobby .
i encountered a challenge connecting chromecast to the tv, and attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful. there was also no phone in the room.

i REALLY liked the delicious and varied breakfast selection EACH morning. The room was clean upon arrival, and the bed was very comfortable. The metro station is close, it gave easy access to various attractions. Staff was polite and addressed concerns quickly.
the gym requires a separate fee for hotel guests, it WAS unexpected.

wrong qr codelimited staff assistance
the television required too many steps to find basic information. a paper guide should have been provided. staff directed me to scan a qr code for parking, this qr code was wrong. they did not offer the correct address, even after i asked a second time.
