decent stay with some issues
dated decormissing toiletries
The room decor felt REALLY dated. The bathroom wasn't clean. It had animal droppings. I also found there were missing toiletries. I expected better for the price i paid.

The staff offered excellent service. i found the spacious room very clean. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly. the bathroom was also super clean.

The tea and coffee facilities were ok but the tea coffee and milk sachets were never replenished. The bed was never made, and towels were not changed

The staff were friendly. The room was adequate for a single night. The price was reasonable, I thought. I also appreciated the good value for money on the food served.
The entrance was a bit scruffy. IT WAS dismal. The dining room lacked atmosphere a bit. There was a dust sheet on the landing that created a trip hazard.
