the breakfast service was punctual. i preordered it the day before. also, i found the hosts fabulous with excellent hospitality.
i noticed there were no check-in instructions. it resulted in some issues with the key. i had to call the owner for assistance.

underwhelming stay
dusty room flickering light
breakfast was included it was acceptable
i had issues with cleanliness the room was quite dusty also the bathroom light flickered it was annoying i also noticed the mirror was too high to be used while sitting at the dressing table this was inconvenient

a mixed experience
staff absence check-in process
the location was fine for getting around town.
the check-in process was not smooth at all. i had to call to get someone to let me in, and it seemed like a bother. there were no staff around regularly and that was an issue.

quality ingredients excellent hosts ensuite room
The breakfast included good quality ingredients. Sherry and Lauren are excellent hosts. The room was lovely and clean with an ensuite. I had tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room also has a full-size kettle and proper mugs.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the lakes, offering easy access to various attractions. The hotel is also in a good location to the town centre, with only a five-minute walk, and a three-minute walk to the train station.

The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. There were towels, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar available in the room for guest use. I felt well accommodated.

full english option useful microwave warm dog welcome dog biscuits
The breakfast included a full English option, I thought it was well-prepared and tasted delicious. My room had a microwave and a mini-fridge, I found this very useful for storing snacks and drinks (especially for a longer stay). I could also bring my dog with me, the staff welcomed him warmly. I noticed they even offered dog biscuits, my dog seemed quite happy with that.

The hostess was excellent and very attentive, she made sure I had everything I needed. The team were very cute and helpful. They took care of everything including my dog and his needs.
