noisy bar terrace thin walls
the breakfast was acceptable.
my room was next to the bar terrace. people played pool and had a loud time until late. i wasn't told my room shared a wall with the bar (which was frustrating).

The room was spacious. It had a light and airy feel. There was a balcony overlooking the town and coast. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were useful.
The outside of the building looked untidy and tired. The car park had old furniture and rubbish. The reception was like a dark cupboard.

A GEM of a Find!
fried bread cute hosts
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fried bread. Nell and Simon were great hosts and very cute.
The doors were slamming and people walked around the hotel from about 5.30am.

On-site parking was included in the price, a HUGE benefit. It allowed for a quick and easy walk into town, I never had to worry about finding parking.

clean room warm owners local advice fresh breakfast
The room was immaculate, a haven of calm.. Everything felt fresh and new. The owners were friendly. Their warmth. They gave wonderful advice about local spots. The breakfast each morning had many options, all freshly prepared. The staff ensured i never left hungry, always offering more.
i noticed some noise early in the morning, perhaps from doors closing, but it passed quickly.
