Underwhelming Stay. Dog Smell Issue

The location was acceptable.
I informed them I do not own dogs but was given a dog lodge. The resulting smell was unbearable, I tried to explain this to the woman but she didn't listen. It was unprofessional. Those in charge were only too willing to argue.

the location was a short walk from the town. The staff at reception were friendly , and they made check-in EASY. it was lovely to have a dog welcome box.
the water pressure in the shower was POOR. The sofa was dirty , and it was broken. I found the hospitality tray inadequate.

sweet lodge escape
gorgeous poolfriendly staffclean lodgecomfortable stay
i found a gorgeous heated pool and the staff so friendly. my room had everything i could need, it reminded me of home. they gave such attention to detail and the grounds were well maintained. the lodge was nice and neat, they provided a real escape.
the shop prices were maybe high, but it had everything i forgot.

the pool was a great addition to the site, i enjoyed it. the little shop on site had items that i needed. the park ensured a lovely and well kept environment.

staff were really friendly on arrival, they were quick to respond to my email questions. the staff showed me great care. they were always ready to help with anything we needed .

my family lodge had a bedroom i loved, and the children loved theirs too. the beds were very comfy, and i appreciate the separate spaces. it was a really lovely family lodge, we had everything we needed.

i did not find a clubhouse, but it had a shop. it had everything i forgot. but i want it to have cafe.
