Enchanting Stay Near the Castle

The hotel provided a transfer from the airport to the hotel, that was convenient. The hotel offered coffee and pastries throughout the day and sparkling wine after 6 PM. I enjoyed these complimentary amenities.
The historic location makes the hotel not easy to access. It was difficult to get a ride back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing.

the hotel showcases its rich history through lovely decor. breakfast service extends until 12 pm, it is a treat. the staff assisted me well, especially with restaurant bookings and advice. there was free port in the room, tea, coffee and cake available all day, and free sparkling wine in the evenings, what a treat!
I noticed the walls were quite thin. I could hear sounds easily.

Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel is near the castle. I found the breakfast room and outdoor areas gorgeous. Peacocks wandered around the area, which I enjoyed. The complimentary bubbly in the evenings was a great touch I met some lovely people there and we exchanged contacts
The room walls seemed thin I could hear noise and the mattress was a bit hard

Breakfast is available until noon. There are free coffee and pastel de natas. A complimentary bottle of bubbly arrived because of a special occasion. I found the hotel fantastic. I would highly recommend it to other travellers.

i loved the airport pick-up service it was especially helpful because the location is tricky to reach by car the refreshments available were a lovely touch i also enjoyed the free pastries that were available the courtyard was fantastic.

my stay wasn't amazing. the room felt quite small and dimly lit. i also noticed the walls seemed thin, since i could clearly hear noises from other rooms, and the mattress firmness wasn't ideal for me. such a shame!!!
