Enchanting stay at historical gem
genuine enthusiasmspacious roommodern room
the staff showed genuine enthusiasm for the hotel and its history the room was spacious and quiet a modern room overlooking the gardens offered a SUPER view. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it even had an omelet bar.

this venue features beautiful public spaces decorated with antiques there is a large outdoor pool and historic botanical gardens it has also fine dining and an informal dining area.

every staff member is friendly and enthusiastic they are helpful with any request i had. all staff showed genuine enthusiasm for the hotel and it's history it created a super stay.

the hotel's location provides very good views from the grounds this location is within a 15 minute walk from the historic center. the 32 acres of beautiful gardens are a super addition.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

I adored how close everything was. The main tourist spots are walking distance. Gardens were fabulous for strolls, with a spa and pools. I swam laps in that outdoor pool. Exercising felt great!
The breakfast had a bit less variety than expected for a luxury hotel, but what they did have tasted great.

The suite includes great air conditioning. Two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, just amazing. The room had a charming garden door with a private terrace that granted direct access right to the pool.

Breakfast included cappuccinos, really tasty. A restaurant lunch menu I checked was fantastic. Outside, I saw huge shady trees in the garden, with ducks parading between the tables!

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I noticed an indoor and outdoor pool. The Turkish steam room and sauna, clean and in great working order, includes lots of showers.

the staff received me warmly, its. i appreciate the drawing rooms, it had a nice homely atmosphere. the gardens had ancient trees and i liked the historic fountains. the library was interesting too.
my room was a bit noisy during the second night, it disrupted my sleep. the noise came from the next room which was not pleasant.

breakfast had tasty cappucino and fried eggs to order. the restaurant operated only for lunch, it had a fantastic menu. seating outside provided shade from trees and i saw ducks between tables.

the turkish steam room and sauna were clean and in excellent working order. many showers and an expansive changing room exists. there is a nine hole pitch and putt course available. a lovely swimming pool exists.

this stay is in a historic building. the building is in the middle of a superb garden. it is in the middle of a forest too. i appreciated the quiet surrounding environment.
