the location was alright it was near the park
i must say it was unpleasant to find a distinct lack of conditioner despite my requests they were never fulfilled until my last night i think that's utterly ridiculous

The hotel is near Vondelpark. I could walk there easily. The hotel provided a taxi service. It was convenient. I found the staff helpful and courteous. The hotel cars were very nice.
There was a slight disconnect between the accommodation I booked and the room I received, but it was resolved the next day.

Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings

The location near Vondelpark was really nice. It allowed easy access to the park and downtown areas. The bike rental service also enhanced our experience. It allowed us to immerse ourselves into the culture.
The room was not as clean as I expected. It was inside the rooms. I booked several nights in a superior room with terrace. The room was not overwhelmingly clean. There were some cleaning issues.
