The staff was always smiling. The room had a large bathroom and it was on a high floor.
The furniture in the room seemed old. I also noticed the carpet was a bit dusty.

The hotel staff was helpful. I liked the welcome drink provided upon my arrival. The hotel location is central. Everything felt clean.
The walls was thin. I could hear neighbor conversations. This made sleeping difficult at night.

The breakfast was yummy. There was an excellent selection of both savory and sweet dishes. The hotel's location near the train station made getting around VERY convenient. I appreciated that there were many shops and restaurants nearby.
My room was a bit small, not much spece to move arround and it was VERY noisy due to the trams.
