I appreciated the straight forward access instructions, it made arrival easy after a long journey. The room was decorated SO beautifully, with such attention to detail and a romantic feel. The location is perfect. It's so peaceful and still provides easy access to many beautiful sites.
I wish there were staff on site, it would have been reassuring. Arriving in the evening felt a little TOO secluded.

the location near the river was nice. the room had a modern style and was very clean. there was also a coffee machine in the communal area.. i appreciated the breakfast snacks provided. the key codes were sent to me in advance.
access required multiple codes. my room had original wooden windows, so there was a draft. the heating wasn't quite sufficient, so i felt a little cold.

cold roominadequate heating
i was a bit disappointed with a few things. firstly, the room felt quite cold. the original wooden windows really let the cold air in, and i had to use a towel to block some of the drafts. i kept falling into the gap between them. the hot water ran out during my wife's shower, leaving her with a freezing cold shower!!!
