the hotel said they provided room service for breakfast but that service was very slow. i phoned them to order breakfast and someone tell me to check the menu next to the bed but it was not there. then i called again and they told me it will take 45 minutes to prepare two eggs because they are preparing for the regular breakfast. i think that is a very long waiting time. also, the hotel woke me up early at 10:00 am to remind me about my check out time. it was a terrible morning because i couldnt go back to sleep.

i booked a premium corner room with sea view. the view was amazing and waking up to a panoramic view of palm west beach was lovely. the room was super clean, modern, and comfortable. everything was super clean and well maintained.
The rooms are fine. Breakfast is good if you eat in the rooftop bar, though the evening meal was awful. it was worse than school dinners and no wonder the restaurant was empty.

the hotel is located right on the beach and promenade! everything is close and easy to access. nearby, i found restaurants offering various cuisines. the beachfront location provided easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help! i especially thank ahmed and kusho from reception, they were very accommodating. hakim speaks fluent french at the reception. This made communication easier, which i appreciated.

the facilities were clean and well maintained. breakfasts included tasty and fairly varied options! i appreciated the healthier choices. the pool area was great, and the easy beach access was very good. the hotel gym has modern equipment.

the room was a premium corner room sea view. it had fine views from every angle, i could watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of my room. the spaciousness provided ample room for us to relax and really enjoy our private time.
