stuck locklobby chairs

my stay had a couple of hiccups. the terrace door lock was jammed (i couldn't get onto the balcony at all). also, after a long flight, i arrived at noon and was told my room wasn't ready with no specific time given. i ended up napping in the lobby chairs (not ideal after traveling).
