fantastic experience
friendly staff beautiful room lovely experience
I found the staff friendly and always ready to help. our room was beautiful. It was also well-designed. the attached waterpark provided a lovely experience. (it was my favorite part of the whole stay!)
i called for assistance, but responses were slow. guest services said response time could be 20-30 minutes, inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of choices. however, i did observe many kids running around. this resulted in a few guests accidentally dropping their plates. A kid-friendly section might resolve this issue.

the hotel has a private car service to the water park. it takes guests directly to a special entrance. this transport system made it simple to move between the hotel and water attractions without any delays.

our room was impeccably clean. there was great attention to detail. we stayed on the eighth floor, with our room facing palm jumeirah. (the view was lovely!)

tasty food imperial club quick responses
the saffron restaurant offered many varieties i found the food quite tasty i also enjoyed the imperial club mr byron there helped make the stay nice dulama responded quickly to requests
the luggage took some time to arrive i had to rush to the dolphin experience

rainfall shower fresh water variety drinks stocked minibar
the room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. robes and slippers were provided. I appreciated the fresh bottled water available daily in the room. the minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks.
the gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to access equipment.

club access room size cleanliness level long queue room decor luggage delay
i appreciated the size of the room we had. it was a skyline suite. the club access included many benefits. the cleanliness was also very good both in the room and in common areas.
check-in took a long time. i queued for 45 minutes. the second room was not available, and it was quite inconvenient for my family. it took a while to get our luggage. the room decor felt somewhat run down

The staff were consistently friendly. Valet parking was efficient. The housekeeper always ensured the room was super clean and clean. I had a very great experience.
