chaotic breakfastlong waiting times
the breakfast setup was rather chaotic, involving queues. lift access also proved to be a consistent issue due to long waiting times. the staff gave the impression of being somewhat inexperienced. it seemed they needed further training to meet the expected standards of service.

the rooftop pool's seating arrangement, with seats attached in a corner, limited some flexibility.

The hotel staff were attentive , especially putri who always assisted with a warm heart. i appreciated the rooftop pool. The view was fine, and the area was clean and well kept.

my family and i stayed for two nights before heading to london. i found the location quite convenient to a shopping center. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, and we also liked the dinner package. the hotel has a swimming pool at the beach and another on the roof.
