The hotel's location allowed quick access to many attractions. the check-in was efficient, and the staff quickly handled both the vehicle and luggage. i particularly enjoyed the atrium.

I had to change rooms. There was an unpleasant smell initially. there was also a lack of hot water. additionally, the shower took a while to get hot, inconvenient.

I found the location very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was excellent and comfortable. The breakfast offered an amazing spread.

The hotel windows do not open. The ventilation was poor.

the breakfast room felt kinda cramped. getting coffee was a struggle since the machine always had a line. also, i asked for a late checkout, but the staff acted like i was asking for the moon. it soured my mood before i left. i think the staff needs some training to be a little more accommodating.
