I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great location nearby many restaurants and shops. I found the room to be clean and cozy. A separate toilet was a good feature.
I noticed the shower space was a bit small. Even a slim person would find it too narrow.

The location was genuinely convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions (i walked almost everywhere). My room, a standard double or twin room, featured both a coffee machine and a kettle. This meant i could enjoy hot drinks at my leisure anytime.
The lift was a bit slow sometimes.
