the room was clean and spacious. the front desk was helpful and pleasant. i found the experience great overall.
the location wasn't the best, and it felt a bit unsafe walking back at night. our room was loud because of a fun fair outside. the hotel is basically in the middle of a building site.

The room was super clean and spacious. I really liked that! the staff was very helpful. They were able to store my luggage after i checked out. this allowed me to explore before heading to the train station. it was great that i could work in my room because there was a convenient desk and chair!
i found there to be a lot of noise at night. this noise came from both inside and outside, unfortunately. i also felt a little unsafe walking around outside at night.

The hotel location is central. Made things easy! the train station is nearby! it is possible to walk to the city center. I walked about 10-15 minutes. the hotel is an ideal base for exploring!

i found the staff kind they allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel past check out for free since our flight was later i could still use the patio i liked that a lot the room was clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was spacious with a lovely mirror and a spacious sink and shower
breakfast was not included i did find that a little surprising for the price

the location was convenient for brussels midi station! especially the eurostar terminal. the staff were friendly and helpful with early check in. the breakfast offered a high standard of choices each morning. the hotel also had a cute feel and was close to the city center by walk.

the superior triple room had a nice, clean design, offering comfortable beds for my family! the room's temperature was easily adjustable with good air conditioning, and we found some welcome sweets upon arrival, a nice touch.
