fantastic stay! was awesome!
clean room helpful staff
The room was super clean and spacious. I really liked that! the staff was very helpful. They were able to store my luggage after i checked out. this allowed me to explore before heading to the train station. it was great that i could work in my room because there was a convenient desk and chair!
i found there to be a lot of noise at night. this noise came from both inside and outside, unfortunately. i also felt a little unsafe walking around outside at night.

The staff was very friendly! they accommodated my needs. I needed assistance with my luggage! the check-in process was simple and quick. I was able to get to my room quickly!

The hotel location is central. Made things easy! the train station is nearby! it is possible to walk to the city center. I walked about 10-15 minutes. the hotel is an ideal base for exploring!

kind staff free bag storage clean room spacious bathroom
i found the staff kind they allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel past check out for free since our flight was later i could still use the patio i liked that a lot the room was clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was spacious with a lovely mirror and a spacious sink and shower
breakfast was not included i did find that a little surprising for the price

convenient location friendly staff high standard
the location was convenient for brussels midi station! especially the eurostar terminal. the staff were friendly and helpful with early check in. the breakfast offered a high standard of choices each morning. the hotel also had a cute feel and was close to the city center by walk.

the breakfast included a varied selection of fresh items. i noticed a wide array of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes were available each morning, providing many choices for a satisfying meal, great.

the superior triple room had a nice, clean design, offering comfortable beds for my family! the room's temperature was easily adjustable with good air conditioning, and we found some welcome sweets upon arrival, a nice touch.
