The hotel's location inside the Midi train station was very convenient. The bathroom had a spacious layout including a separate toilet and shower. The room TV displayed arrivals and departures for both CRL and BRU airports (quite helpful!).
The room lacked coffee despite the fridge, coffee machine, sugar, and cups being provided. I intended to have coffee before leaving, so there was insufficient time to request more from staff.

The hotel is located steps from the eurostar terminal. I found this convenient. the room had all necessary amenities. It was also very clean and quiet.
The room was quite hot. The thermostat did not seem to work. a technician was called, but the temperature was still too high for comfort. i struggled to sleep well because of this issue.

The room had a safe. It also featured a kettle with tea and coffee. two cartons of water were provided in the mini fridge. These were replenished daily. a hairdryer was available too.

Breakfast included a great selection. The food was fresh. there were many tables available. This made finding seating easy. i did not try other dining options.

The staff was lovely throughout my visit. They seemed very attentive. the front desk staff was efficient. They always greeted me with a smile. house keeping was great too.

The television DID NOT WORK. staff addressed the issue casually. i was required to pay immediately in the restaurant. Room charges were disallowed. This is unacceptable given my years of loyalty to accor hotels.
