the location was acceptable being close to the city center.
The room i was assigned was quite noisy at night. I suspect it was due to the proximity to some external equipment. also, the breakfast service was understaffed. getting anyone's attention to order from the menu was impossible. It was a struggle to get an omelet.

i left my necklace in the spa robe, but the hotel didn't seem to care. i contacted them multiple times, yet i received no response. i am very dissapointed! the hotel should have checked the pockets.
