The staff was so kind during check in. I was glad to see that a daily supply of fruit was delivered. The breakfast included a varied food selection and was excellent.
The shower had a leaking shower head. Air conditioning did not work at full capacity. It was very warm even though it was supposedly working.

the so-called königbett was barely 140 cm wide and terribly uncomfortable. i did not sleep a wink and my back hurt terribly. the shower was either cold or hot.

seamless experience
luxury product sound system lighting control perfect cleaning
my room featured luxury products from balmain. i found the integrated sound system easily controlled from a central panel. the lighting controls allowed me to create different scenes with warm or cool lights. daily cleaning was perfect and consistent.
the gym and spa membership passes seem to be sold to locals , even those not staying at the hotel , making the pool a bit overcrowded at times.

The king room club access had a very COMFORTABLE king-sized bed. I found balmain bath products and bath salts, a luxurious touch, good! The staff stored my luggage upon early arrival and delivered it to my room. I saw a welcome plate of delicious cookies upon my return.
The tv system was somewhat slow, it needed updating.

The vox buffet on the ground floor provided really good service. I appreciated the great choice of evening snacks. The buffet offered multiple options. The breakfast service was really good, i loved it!

The spa was definitely a highlight. I found invigorating treatments and a tranquil atmosphere. The rooftop pool had nice outside sun loungers. The gym had modern equipment for workouts.

wonderful experince!
friendly staff underfloor heating great room size fabulous spa
i found staff friendly. every guest greeted with hello or goodnight, which i liked a lot. the room size was great. the shower and bath had underfloor heating. the piano bar provided good entertainment. i ordered food, and i reminded me of i was at a restaurant. the spa had a pool and jacuzzi on the top floor, which i found fabulous.
i noticed some services were slightly lacking. i think some updates to the reception are in order.

Potsdamer platz is near. the hotel is close to many shops. you can walk to parks from this location. restaurants are very close. It is very convienient.

convenient location comfortable pool spacious bathroom expensive check-in delayed luggage leaking shower
the location is very convenient to many attractions. the pool was clean and provided a comfortable space for relaxation (i really enjoyed a swim). i found the bathroom to be spacious, incorporating a split design.
early check-in was offered, but at a cost of 70 euros, which i felt was high. it took over an hour and multiple calls to have my bags delivered to my room. i also noticed a leaking shower head in my room.
