good location breakfast options small rooms limited variety
the location IS good. public transport is nearby. it is very accessible. the breakfast options did taste nice. i did find the staff make sure that the food was available.
rooms are VERY small. i think it was very noisy, especially at night. kettle was not available in the rooms.

functional stay near the east side gallery
clean beds varied options convenient location
i found the hotel very functional with comfortable, clean beds. the breakfast included many varied options, which i appreciated. its proximity to ostbahnhof station and the east side gallery was really convenient for getting around!
i stood in some glass in the room right after checking in, not ideal though the staff addressed it promptly.

My room was clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. I noticed that the linens were fresh. the room also had effective climate control and provided ample space for my belongings. there were sufficient power outlets near the desk and bed.

the lifts were efficient, and i did not experience any long wait times . the hotel features well managed common areas plus a helpful 24-hour reception. this accessibility made check-in and check-out smooth and convenient.

breakfast included varied selections, assuring many options were available. the staff made sure the breakfast area was kept fully stocked. i could get lovely views while eating breakfast and there was good coffee.

Convenient stay near Ostbahnhof
spacious room s-bahn station
The room was quite spacious. I particularly appreciated the proximity to the S-Bahn station, as it allowed for quick trips around the area.
The staff were rude on various occasions. For example, we arrived at the cafe downstairs at 8:25am one morning and they told us very rudely to go away as they don't open until 8:30, they then began to set up the cafe slow while we waited and opened it late without any cares, then served us with attitude and hardly spoke one word to us, not to mention the coffees were so awful. upon checking out, we asked if we could keep our luggage aside until our flight in the afternoon to which they directed us to the locker room which was full. We told them that there was no space and we would appreciate if they had another room to store the luggage, they were rude about it and said nothing they can do and told us to leave and find one elsewhere. This was poor service and lack of amenities for a hotel that you pay decent money for you expect far better.
