broken controllate checkout
the room temperature control seemed broken i could not raise it above 21 degrees the heating was also off it felt strange considering it was january first with temperatures below zero i wanted to see the city view from the rooftop but i was denied access without paying 75 euros it was disappointing since that view is a selling point they also denied my request for a late checkout even with paying extra i needed only an hour or two more

i experienced quick check-in upon arrival. the room was upgraded and that was fantastic. i appreciated the clean and spacious feel of the room with good attention to detail.
The bar service was a little slow at times. That was the only tiny issue.

the breakfast had a wide selection of everything. i enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. the rooftop bar offered a gorgeous view of the city and the sea. the high-end furnishings. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
the room temperature was difficult to adjust. i couldn't raise it above 21 degrees. the heating system seemed to be off despite the cold weather outside. this made the room less comfortable than i expected.

i found the room very clean, with well-thought-out design and great lighting. the view from our collection room was really amazing. (i especially loved the natural light). breakfast was really nice, and i found the staff very pleasant. parking is right next to the hotel, though the entrance was a little confusing at first.
i tried to raise the room temperature from the central system, but i couldn't get it above 21 degrees. the heating also seemed to be turned off.
