The location IS superb! The breakfast offered something for everyone. All the staff were fluent in english AND very helpful.
The minibar was miserable. It was not stocked. THERE was no bottled water in the rooms. NO coffee or tea making facilities were available.

The location was perfect. I walked easily to the Colosseum and other historical sites. The hotel breakfast provided various options and I found many choices to start the day. The internal garden gave a relaxing space away from city sounds.
Our room faced the road. Passing traffic created significant noise. This noise worsened due to the cobbled surface. The shower unit offered multiple water outlets, yet only the handset worked with barely usable pressure.

The room had daily cleaning service. Breakfast offered many options and a wonderful garden setting. I found the location very convenient to the Circus Maximus.

the location is close to circus maximus and capitolone hill i found fresh meats cheeses breads and flowers at the mercato near the hotel the hotel courtyard is beautiful it has orange trees and parakeets.
the bathroom was traditional the hairdryer was not powerful it needed replacing there was plenty of hot water though the air conditioning was great and much needed.
