excellent experience
central location prompt relocation excellent views nearby shops
the hotel's location proved advantageous for accessing both the city center and the v&a waterfront. a variety of shops and dining options were conveniently nearby. upon discovering our initial room was not satisfactory, the staff promptly relocated us (we appreciate this gesture). the room views were excellent when the blackout curtains were open.
the tv did not have many english language movie options, and i could not stream my own content.

the breakfast service featured a wide variety of options each morning. the restaurant offered a diverse menu, including both local and international dishes. the pool bar provided refreshing drinks and light snacks during the day.

our room included a king-size bed with quality linens and pillows. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided ample toiletries. the work desk was spacious and well-lit (helpful for catching up on emails).

the reception staff was consistently professional and helpful. the concierge service was excellent in arranging transportation and local tours. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay.
