a gem with views
convenient location friendly staff
the staff was very friendly and efficient. the location near the v&a waterfront was convenient. we especially loved the free sweets and popcorn downstairs! i found lots of space to store my things, and the beds felt so good with their linens.
some minor issues existed. one tv's earphone system wasn't working. also, i noticed the wooden handles kept falling off the walls.

The hotel offers convenient parking with an underground car park. there's also a gym, and it's equipped for basic needs. I could see that free drinking water is available at the restaurant.

room size convenient location awkward layout inadequate glass
My room was of good size. I also found the location very convenient for getting around the area (especially for visiting Robben Island).
The room layout seemed awkward. The shower glass was inadequate and water ran out onto the bathroom floor (perhaps a shower door would be better).

Convenient Stay with Amazing Views
convenient parking perfect view
The family room was very nice and the kids loved it. I especially appreciated the convenient parking in the underground car park. I also loved that the Mountain View Superior Family Room had a perfect view of Table Mountain.
The wooden handles kept falling off the walls. The hanging rails in the wardrobe fell off twice as well. Maintenance is needed.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was so glad that the staff was able to accommodate us in a mountain view family room. The active staff provides good coffee during breakfast.

The family room was very nice. The kids loved it! The room has air conditioning, though it required some fixes. The Mountain View Superior Family Room provides perfect views of Table Mountain for the guests.

The hotel's location is superb, very close to the waterfront. Breakfast was good. I had a room with a great view of Table Mountain.

complimentary drink breakfast buffet available gym free popcorn
the hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival , a gin and tonic which was a nice touch. breakfast included a large buffet and an a la carte menu with many choices. i appreciated the gym with good workout options. there was free popcorn and flavored water available all day.
the single international socket in the whole room posed a slight inconvenience , especially for charging multiple devices.

the staff offered very cute service and were always smiling at guests , which enhanced the overall experience. they provided assistance whenever needed . i appreciated their effort.

great location friendly staff comfy bed small bathroom air conditioning slow check-in
The location is great. I could easily walk to the waterfront. The staff was friendly and efficient! The room was clean and had a comfy bed.
The air conditioning had issues! It struggled to maintain a constant temperature. the bathroom was quite small! The check-in process was slow. I had to wait until 3 PM despite available rooms.
