I found the staff professional and helpful. They showed great care. they helped coordinate with the courier we arranged so our belongings could be sent back to us. i really appreciated their support and warm hospitality. it showed true responsibility.
waiting a bit longer was the only minor inconvenience i experienced.

the room included two twin beds and a city view. the room decor was modern and clean. the bathroom had a separate shower and a well-lit vanity area. the overall space was ample for a comfortable stay.

the location was amazing!!! it is right in front of a lovely park. it is also less than 10 minutes drive from nizami street.
the room was small. it was difficult to walk even.

uneven experience with some noticeable issues
missing live musicinattentive waitstaff
i was disappointed with the hotel. i chose this hotel thinking it had live music, it didn't, but this feature should be removed from the hotel's listing. also, the restaurant was really crowded, it was nearly impossible to find a place to sit for breakfast. tables were left dirty, and waitstaff seemed inattentive.
