The rooms included convenient access to the pools. The staff was good. They maintained high standards. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooftop bar offered a COOL atmosphere and service.
The hotel is large, so moving around can be time-consuming, and the golf carts are only available for check-in and check-out.

The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the variety. The play area for kids was great. There were also good entertainment options.
Sometimes, there was a longer than expected wait when ordering a snack at the pool.
