my room had modern design and a very big window with lots of daylight. the workspace was excellent and very useful for remote work. i appreciated the 24-hour gym access and also the self-service laundry inside the hotel. its very close to a shopping center and the beach, only walking for a few minutes.

the breakfast had many options including thai and international dishes. the f&b team was attentive, they were also cheerful and seemed passionate about making guests happy. the team put a personal touch to each morning.

the staff were kind, especially kyla at reception, she helped with a room change. front desk staff attitude was good, they are attentive and kind. a manager, guana, was very professional, she took care of our needs.

the air conditioning was loud it made it hard to sleep. the hotel seemed renovated recently however half of it is already falling apart.
