The staff were excellent and very attentive to my needs. The pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sun loungers . The breakfast buffet featured a great variety of food and drinks.
The gym was small and lacked some essential equipment. The rooftop bar was sometimes overcrowded!

wonderful stay near royal palace
easy access
the staff provided great service i appreciate the welcome i received upon arrival. the hotel is near shops and monuments providing easy access to local attractions. mr banyah semah dorn and sokkeung were particularly cute and helpful making me feel very well cared for throughout my visit.

inconsistent service and room issues
unclean partitionsinadequate drainage
the breakfast service felt haphazard food selection was good though. my room had cleanliness problems specifically the glass partitions in the shower and toilet area looked unclean. also the shower drainage was inadequate causing the floor to get soaked after each use.
