rooftop terrace morning snacks helpful staff
the rooftop terrace was nice. i found the included morning snacks convenient, especially the coffee and toast. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

The room lacked soundproofing. A nearby club played music loudly until late each night. This made sleep difficult. The provided breakfast was quite basic. It consisted of toast and instant coffee only.

accessible location kind staff sound insulation noisy a c
the location provided easy access to chinatown. the staff was always available and ready to assist. i found them very kind.
the sound insulation was not ideal. i could hear noise from a nearby club until late at night.. the noise impacted sleep quality. the air conditioning unit made quite a bit of noise as well.

helpful staff good location
The location is really good, close to restaurants and a mrt station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. irene, at the reception, let me leave my luggage after i checked out. she also let me take showers after i had explored the city.
the shower was leaking, so the bathroom floor was slippery. the room smelled musty. i think some air freshener would help.
