beautiful poolloud doordisorganized staff
the pool area was beautiful. it met expectations and was acceptable.
the staff was not on the same page, it caused problems scheduling the spa. the automatic sliding door near our room made a loud screeching noise whenever it closed. this happened constantly all night and made sleeping difficult.

the staff greeted me warmly! the room was ready early and i had no delays at check in, which i appreciated! the location is perfect if you want easy access to the amalfi coast and i found the views killer, we loved the vistas. the pool area was clean and inviting and i found lounge chairs readily available.

The location provided beautiful views.
The breakfast was mediocre , and paying extra for in-room service felt excessive. The spa was closed on the day of my arrival , a detail not communicated beforehand , which limited the enjoyment of available amenities.

the hotel features complimentary sandals for guest. there is a swim-up bar located in the pool area. i enjoyed a breakfast included with many options. the balcony was large, overlooking the sea.
the hotel is a little spread out. it felt quite a WALK to reach my room.

the gym offered several treadmills and stationary bikes. a shuttle provides transport to town several times each day. there is a pool with about twenty loungers available.

My stay wasn't GREAT. The shuttle service to the town ran only every three hours. This was NOT frequent enough. Getting a taxi proved difficult, so it made exploring the area inconvenient. I found this hotel fell short of my expectations.

The staff arranged a shuttle to take me into town! I could easily catch the ferry. The breakfast included fresh crepes! Pancakes were made upon request too. The room had a beautiful terrace.
The parking incline proved quite steep for larger vehicles.
