poor quality worn towels
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
I found the towels to be of poor quality . They felt old and worn. The room itself was also quite dark..

My room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.
The hotel needs some upgrades. The towels were not of high quality. The water pressure in the shower was quite low (it took a while to get any hot water).

unreliable wifi broken equipment
The building itself is fine. This aspect met my expectations.
I encountered several issues . the wifi was unreliable. It frequently cut in and out. the gym equipment was dated, and some pieces were broken or unusable. these factors detracted from the overall experience.
