lovely rooms, great breakfast
attentive staffexcellent tapasperfect locationcomfy bed
the staff reacted well to our request to change rooms. the restaurant food featured excellent, well-priced tapas. i found the location perfect. the full english breakfast included great black pudding. the bed was super comfy.
The bathroom door didn't close properly due to alignment. This compromised privacy. i noted that a small electric radiator didn't warm the room much even after hours of use.

the restaurant atmosphere felt great and the staff were very accommodating. the evening meal included spanish tapas. breakfast was a perfect full english, complete with fresh fruits and fruit juice. portions were generous.

the bathroom door did not close properly there was no privacy. the mattress was hard i slept on a marshmallow. the radiator in the room was too small it didn't work well

The staff was so friendly when i walked through the door. a young lady showed me to my room. She showed me the hidden bathroom and the amazing room. i enjoyed the really good breakfast especially the full english, it had the best black pudding ever.

The staff were super friendly. the breakfast offered quality ingredients. the attention to detail really shone through in the food we ate. the little apartment had original beams and a hidden bathroom. It was really cozy.
Access to the back of the hotel was not well maintained. It included loose paving and many steps.

damp smellloose paving
The room had a strong smell of damp. i noticed black damp on the walls in the bathroom. also, the rafters LOOKED damp too. the access to the back of the hotel wasn't well maintained. Lots of steps with loose paving made it unsafe.
