close location tasty breakfast limited pots taxi service
the location was close to everything. the breakfast included many tasty options. the staff was always available, if i needed anything.
i asked for a taxi several times. the response was always the same, despite the time of day, so i never bothered to ask again. the kitchen had cooking facilities, but a limited supply of pots.

spacious apartment equipped kitchen fountain view front desk staff unhelpful response staring person
we got a very spacious two-bedroom apartment. it had a fully equipped kitchen and we could have breakfast together each morning. the apartment had a view of the burj khalifa fountain.
the front desk staff did not seem like they cared. i asked if we could get lunch one day because my dad didn't come due to passport issues. they refused that request. a person kept staring at their phone waiting for me to put a rating in on trip advisor.

I'm grateful for the kind service provided by the housekeeping team, especially mani, ravina, and supervisor nalinda! the location is very convenient. It's near the burj khalifa and dubai mall. i could see the tower and water fountain right from my room. A amazing experience. i will definitely return.
the room safe was in a locked position upon arrival! it took some time to get it reset, a minor inconvenience.

wonderful downtown stay
convenient location excellent room cleanliness helpful staff free valet
I really appreciated the location near burj khalifa and dubai mall, the view of the tower and water fountain from my room was excellent! the room's cleanliness was excellent, and daily housekeeping ensured a comfortable stay. i found the staff very helpful and kind. i am also grateful for the free valet parking. It added to the overall convenience of my stay.
during my stay, i noticed that the pool required some maintenance, and this was a slight inconvenience!

The location worked perfectly for exploring nearby attractions. the apartment was very spacious. It also provided much comfort. i specifically enjoyed the burj khalifa view from the balcony, such a good treat every evening. the hotel ensured daily room cleaning and provided fresh towels.
I noticed the pool required assistance from hotel staff to access. This involved being accompanied to open the doors. this process was inconvenient.
