Excellent Stay
friendly staff members top quality clean beach
The staff were friendly and professional. Restaurants served top quality food. The pools were nice and the beach was clean with different birds everywhere. I particularly appreciated the efficient service (Souad, the lady in blue, guided us with a smile!)

The hotel offered convenient access to nearby attractions, yet retained a sense of tranquility. A shuttle buggy offered a ride to the beach and marina for a quick, easy way to go there and back.

The Beautiful Room King Bed was well kept and clean. Housekeeping provided daily service and attention to detail. The room had a balcony.

honestly, i was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the minibar was completely EMPTY!!! like, what's the point of having one if it's just a useless box? very noisy extract fans were pointed straight at us, while i was trying to relax!!! for the price i paid, it was unacceptable.

noisy extract fans building work
i was really frustrated with the building work near the pool. the noisy extract fans were pointed right at us for three days. i paid over 300 euro per night! the management really needs to decide what's more important. it was not relaxing at all!!!

mixed experience at this hotel
impersonal check-in unprofessional manager
the breakfast was acceptable and offered a good variety of options.
the check-in process at 2am was simple, but it felt impersonal. the manager then rudely said upgrades were not guaranteed, and he was annoyed his staff had promised it, it was really unprofessional. the service really let this hotel down.
