friendly staffexcellent locationclean rooms
i appreciated the staffs friendliness, especially jessica at reception and hamdan, the bell boy. the location made it easy to walk to mall of emirates in about five minutes. the rooms were very nice and neat, i thank them for that.
the gym music from the rooftop was audible late at night, though not too bad.

the staff was friendly. jessica at the reception and hamdan the bell boy were very helpful.
the photos are misleading. the room was much smaller than shown online. i booked a room for three people. i was surprised upon arrival to be told that there was no sofa bed available. to add one, i had to pay an extra 500 aed per night.

My room's design seemed flawed. The tv was mounted on a mirror in the center of the room. furthermore, the advertised sofa bed was unavailable upon arrival. i was told i needed to pay an additional fee for a sofa bed.

Fantastic Stay!

I was impressed by Saya at reception. She offered a late check-out because I needed it! An extra bed was also needed, and she gave it to me at no charge! Shoura provided a complimentary drink! my experience was excellent, and I plan to return.
The corridors use light sensors, so I sometimes walked in darkness before the lights activated. This felt a little creepy!
