the staff provided friendly, helpful service (the check-in was smooth). the hotel maintains its facilities well, including the swimming pool and gym. i found the value excellent, given the spacious room and the really kind staff. fast check-in and check-out procedures were a plus.
during my stay, the hotel room had maintenance issues. the air conditioning was not working correctly, and it caused discomfort. i think this area could improve.

The room was quite large and had everything I needed.
The TV in my room did not have news channels. There were newspapers in the lobby, but it was still annoying. This limitation made it harder to keep up with current events from the comfort of my room.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We had access to the gym and the rooftop pool. The sauna was available for use.
The doors to each room slammed shut so it was hard to sleep. People were shouting in the hallway. It was difficult to have a peaceful rest.

the hotel was near a metro station. this made getting to and from the airport quick. it also made it cheap. the check-in process was smooth. the staff helped with eating options during ramadan for non-muslims.
the bathroom looked bad. i saw many stains everywhere. this was not what i expected at this price. (it could be improved with a deep clean though). the surrounding area looked like a huge sand parking lot.

i was very impressed with the spaciousness of the room and its cleanliness. the supermarket nearby was quite convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful.. especially jenelyn at reception, who was attentive. the metro station's proximity made airport transfers quick and easy.
i noticed some wear and tear on the floor tiles in my room.

the room was cold, and i couldn't warm it up even with the air-conditioning set to 27 degrees. even after switching it off, the temperature didn't rise. the shower took about five minutes to warm up, frustrating. my room faced the back. it was super dark, and the window didn't open.
