i was very impressed with the spaciousness of the room and its cleanliness. the supermarket nearby was quite convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful.. especially jenelyn at reception, who was attentive. the metro station's proximity made airport transfers quick and easy.
i noticed some wear and tear on the floor tiles in my room.

the room was cold, and i couldn't warm it up even with the air-conditioning set to 27 degrees. even after switching it off, the temperature didn't rise. the shower took about five minutes to warm up, frustrating. my room faced the back. it was super dark, and the window didn't open.
