attentive service room cleanliness convenient location

the service i received from the staff impressed me it was attentive and helpful i particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the design in my room. i also liked that the hotel had a convenient location close to different attractions.

the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options with many arabic additions i found the selection of pastries and fresh fruits particularly enjoyable and the service was attentive during peak hours. the dining area had comfortable seating.

superb hotel stay

efficient staff nice stay luxurious room

i found the staff very efficient i especially appreciated the assistance from prajay he helped me a lot. the hotel also has amazing rooms with beautiful views i found my room really luxurious.

the pool area was quite crowded it was sometimes difficult to find a spot to relax the hotel might consider expanding this area or implementing a reservation system.

the luxe sea view room included a comfortable king-size bed two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i also appreciated the large windows offering panoramic views. the room also had a mini-bar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks a nice touch.

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay prajay was particularly helpful and professional he quickly addressed all my questions the concierge was also very efficient in arranging transportation.

the hotel is situated in a prime location i found it very convenient to access various attractions nearby public transport was easily accessible near the hotel making it easy to get around.

slow check-in incorrect room

Check-in took far too long. It lasted over an hour. the room initially assigned did not match the superior room i had booked. despite my complaints, i was only moved to the correct room the following day. this situation disrupted my plans and caused considerable inconvenience. i expect immediate resolution of such discrepancies, especially in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
