the service i received from the staff impressed me it was attentive and helpful i particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the design in my room. i also liked that the hotel had a convenient location close to different attractions.

i found the staff very efficient i especially appreciated the assistance from prajay he helped me a lot. the hotel also has amazing rooms with beautiful views i found my room really luxurious.

the pool area was quite crowded it was sometimes difficult to find a spot to relax the hotel might consider expanding this area or implementing a reservation system.

the luxe sea view room included a comfortable king-size bed two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i also appreciated the large windows offering panoramic views. the room also had a mini-bar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks a nice touch.

Check-in took far too long. It lasted over an hour. the room initially assigned did not match the superior room i had booked. despite my complaints, i was only moved to the correct room the following day. this situation disrupted my plans and caused considerable inconvenience. i expect immediate resolution of such discrepancies, especially in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
