perfect location convenient proximity in-room breakfast
the location was perfect for my needs. the proximity to various restaurants and a woolworths was convenient. i also appreciated having breakfast in the room.
the gym was very small, with a limited selection of equipment. it lacked variety.

great facilities spacious layout good hub
The kitchen had great facilities and a spacious layout. This feature made it a good hub near the city center , close to many cafes. It was also near the harbor , which was helpful. The apartment's layout was quite functional and well equipped.
There was not enough plates or utensils to cater for many people.

excellent stay
prime location clean apartment comfortable space
the location provided easy access to main attractions. i found the apartments very clean. there was also ample space, including extra beds, accommodating families or larger groups quite comfortably.
answering the phone and emails sent before arrival was very difficult.

the hotel features a gym, complete with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area offers twenty loungers. a shaded section provides respite from the sun.

breakfast included a large selection of food. the yard restaurant was closed on several nights. this situation complicated plans with mobility issues.

good location city centre apartment size poor cleanliness ant problem nail chipping
the location worked well. it was near the city centre. i also found the apartment size quite good. it included a decent kitchen area.
the cleanliness was not great. i spotted ants. there was nail chipping on the floor. i think a good vacuuming would help.

unclean bathroom intrusive housekeeping
the location proved convenient, being close to the spark arena for a concert i attended.
The state of the room wasn't ideal. I noticed quite a few hairs in the bathroom and even some in the bed. additionally, housekeeping entered the room at 8:30 am without waiting for a response after knocking, which felt intrusive

Excellent Stay Near Spark Arena
perfect location on-site restaurant helpful staff
the location proved perfect for an event i attended at the nearby spark arena. i had both dinner and lunch at the on-site bar and restaurant and found the food quite satisfactory. the staff were helpful (especially in directing me to nearby attractions).
i found that the air conditioning made some noise, it affected my sleep.
