small sinkwindow draft
The sink in the bathroom was quite small, it made simple tasks like washing my face a bit challenging. the limited counter space also meant i struggled to keep my toiletries organized. there was a noticeable draft near the window despite it being closed. I suspect the insulation needs improvement. this, i had to adjust the thermostat higher to compensate.

The location was convenient to several metro stops.
The room felt quite small. There was no porter available to assist with luggage which was unexpected for a hotel of this supposed standard. The temperature control in the room looked to be centrally managed so I could not adjust it.

my room was very well set up with a nespresso coffee machine. it was newly renovated, clean and modern. the breakfast was different each day and had many extraordinary options.
the hotel didn't have a porter to help with luggage.
