the staff offered excellent suggestions for restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, it had a great variety!
The room i got was quite small. the noise from other rooms was disruptive, which affected my sleep quality. It was hard to ignore, though

The staff were great! They were attentive, knowledgeable, polite, cute, and sincere. I loved the prosecco welcome and the rubber ducky. The L'Occitane products available for use were a pleasant surprise. The reception area is so cozy. Decor is well put together. It feels like a living room.
The noise from the adjacent rooms was disruptive. I could hear conversations and movements clearly. The mold in the bathroom was also an issue. This needs addressing.
