the location was very central providing great value. the room i had was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. the shower was big and i enjoyed the little table with tea and coffee. it was also a quiet room.

the location is right in the town centre making it very convenient. nearby is a brewery quarter providing various options for eating drinking and shopping. i safe area due to the secure entrance system.

The room was beautiful and the location WAS fantastic. The service was amazing. I received an early text stating my room was prepared, AND it included all entry codes.
There is a bar adjacent to the hotel, which hosts weddings. The LOUD music kept me awake until the early hours. There's quite a bit of road noise from single glazed windows too.

The beautiful super king room featured tea and coffee making facilities, including my favorite frothy coffee sachets. The bathroom was clean, AND it felt so luxurious. A spacious bathroom and comfortable bed ensured a restful experience.

Self check-in used an automated lock system. The automated lock was straightforward to use and gave me peace of mind. Communication was good throughout the stay.

The location provides easy access to high street shops, awesome for convenient shopping trips. Parking is convenient since it is located right next door in an NCP car park. I did find a Lidl nearby for any breakfast needs.
